Spends New Year’s Eve sitting in their home, silently scrolling through Instagram, smiling as they relive all the memories of the year, but also filled with sadness that the year is over. As the clock gets closer to midnight, the sadness turns to hope, as they think about the beauty of possibility in a new year.

Spends New Year’s Eve talking with friends at a party, but ends up sitting off to the side reading about how the new Spider-man movie was made because one person made a comment about one of the actors. After falling into another rabbit hole, they snap out of it just in time to countdown to midnight.

Spends New Years Eve looking at their watch trying to figure out how much sleep they’ll be missing because they’re staying up later than usual, while reminding everyone that there are usually more cops on the street on New Years Eve, so drive careful.

Spends New Years Eve still unsure of which party they’re going to go to, and overthinking where they want to be at midnight, but why would they worry so soon? Let’s just wait and see what happens and they’ll decide later, even though they’ll still have FOMO for whatever they didn’t pick

Spends New Year’s Eve quietly judging everyone at the party for not cleaning up after themselves and leaving cups and plates all over. Also, mentally judging people for double dipping, but smiling and acting like it doesn’t bother them

Enneagram 9

Spends New Year’s Eve listening to everyone share their resolutions and encouraging them that yes, they can definitely lose 100 lbs. this year, even though they know they’ll give up in a week.
